Chair of Pennsylvania Bar Association Subcommittee

MIDDLETOWN, PA — Dennis G. Hursh, who practices in the Harrisburg area, has been named Chair of the Professional Providers Subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association�s Health Law Committee.

The Subcommittee concentrates on state-wide issues related to physicians and other professional healthcare providers. Hursh, with over 25 years of health law experience dedicated to serving the needs of physicians, is well suited to this new position.

Hursh is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association�s Health Law Committee, which reviews, studies, and makes recommendations concerning legislative proposals for reform in the healthcare system, as well as proposes additional recommendations relating to litigation involving medical and hospital practices.
