HARRISBURG, PA — Dennis Hursh, who practices in Middletown, has received the American Health Lawyer�s Association (AHLA) Certificate of Completion in Mediation Essentials.

Hursh, who has over 25 years of health law experience dedicated to serving the needs of physicians, completed the AHLA two day course on conducting effective mediations. The course outlines specific methods concerning negotiation and mediation theories, legal and ethical issues in negotiations as well as intensive supervised role-playing.
