As part of our focus on the legal needs of physicians, we are one of just
two law firms approved by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to review
contracts on behalf of its members.
We provide representation in most areas of law, from tax advice to the more mundane (but vital) areas of drafting employment agreements, shareholder buy-sell agreements and other operational documents for the day-to-day practice. A key to serving our clients well is our ability to "think outside of the box", which is instrumental in designing and negotiating innovative forms of joint ventures between hospital and physicians for the delivery of services.
Because we concentrate in health law, we can often foresee potential regulatory problems in esoteric areas such as fraud and abuse before a transaction is consummated, thus assuring our clients that they will not unwittingly violate this complex and changing area of the law.
