Contract review and negotiation services

Our firm is one of just two law firms credentialed to provide contract review services for members of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. We were also credentialed by the American Medical Association for these services, as part of the AMA's Doctor Resource Network, prior to its dissolution.

We review proposed contracts from HMOs, PPOs, point-of-service plans, and other managed care entities. Our review covers all areas of potential concerns to physicians. Having prepared these contracts for managed care organizations for well over ten years, we can quickly identify potential problem areas for our clients and recommend changes.

We also review proposed employment contracts to assist physicians in structuring a mutually beneficial relationship with their potential employers.

If our clients desire, we can also directly negotiate contract terms with the other party.
