Our firm is exclusively devoted to serving the legal needs that physicians encounter in the practice of medicine. Led by Dennis Hursh, a veteran attorney with over 25 years of health law experience, we offer individually tailored legal services for physicians and medical practices in Pennsylvania. We are based in Middletown (near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), and are one of just two law firms credentialed by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to provide contract review services for its members.

A key part of our ability to serve physicians well has been our work experience with many types of healthcare entities. Mr. Hursh has designed and organized physician organizations, preferred provider organizations and hospital/physician joint ventures, and has represented third party administrators, employer healthcare purchasing coalitions and multiple employer welfare arrangements. This experience has built a thorough knowledge of how each type of entity works and is structured legally.
